I am a management student from a premier B school NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies), Mumbai.

I got my first salary few days back. And i was really impressed by Bank of Baroda's new look, promises and "Customer Service".

So i wanted to open a savings Bank account. I called up your helpline to get information for the same. I carried all the necessary documents.

I went to Bank of Baroda

Branch Name: VERSOVA-MUMBAI

Address: Manish Market, 1st Floor, J P Road Four Bunglow Versova Andheri (W) Mumbai-400058

I met Mr. Kamle for opening an account. He was least interested in doing so. I showed him all the documents

Original: License, College Id proof

Xerox: Election Card, Pan Card, Lease Agreement (Address proof)

But he said that this was not enough. And said that in a very bad tone. He treated me like a fraud.

So i went to The general Manager (Mr. S.K. Vijayvergiya). He did listen to my grieviences and called Mr. Kamle for the same.

But there was no sense of apology from any side. I was again sent to Mr. Kamle where he took around 10 mins just to give me the form. And said that account cannot be open today. It was 1.55 Pm (Branch timing was from 9 to 3). When i asked the reason he said i have lot of work. I just left the branch, shocked by the treatment and the great " Customer Service".

I am writing this complain in the Hope that customer services improve.
