Atm payment not recd

Sir,

I would bring to your notice that on 28-8-09 I had tried to withdraw Rs 1500 from state bank of india ATM branch gandhi nagar, ghaziabad at 10.30am using my bank of baroda ATM card. The transaction is not recd the amount. Later when I checked my bank of baroda account (No.27140100004640) I noticed that the amount of Rs.1500/- was debited from my account. When I contacted bank of baroda in this regard I was directed to contact Bank of Baroda for the same. I had contacted Bank of Baroda and submitted an application in this regard (submitted another application to state bank of india well). They promised to credit the money back to my account. But have not done so till date.

Please help me get back my money.
