Complaint against BOBHFL Noida regarding mortgaged house papers lost by Bank

In 1998 our mother took a house loan of (Rs 100, 000/-) one Lac from BOBHFL, Meerut.

After few years our papers and the loan account go transferred to the BOBHFL, Noida.

Unfortunately both our parents passed away, and then after we paid the loan amount. The final loan amount had been paid on 31/mar.

When we approached the Noida branch, to release the mortgaged papers they asked us to fulfill some formalities, after we met those formalities we again approached the bank, then we found that our House papers were missing from the branch.

We are continuously asking the bank to take some necessary actions but we feel that the response from the bank is very casual and they are not doing anything in this regard. It has been a long time now almost a year that we people is getting harassed.

After so much of fruitless efforts done by us and spending so much of money into efforts, we feel like complaining to the zonal office as our next step.

If the documents get into the wrong hands they can easily be misused

Please help us to get our house papers back from the bank. We are very upset with this kind of attitude by the bank. This brings the bad name to the bank and we have lost the faith in it.
