Dear Sir,

I am share holder of bank of baroda and I want to know about what is the company policy for their subsidiary like BOBCARDS, BOB Capital, BOB Finance. Is they run in LOSS if so then is it shown in Final Balance Sheet. Is I came to know that his one of his subsidiary BOB cards is running in huge loss is about Rs. 45Cr. Is any policy for BOBcards i.e. merge to Bank of baroda.
