Not providing education loan

I applied in labhua branch for education loan but they says we are not provide you education loan becausen you are not comes in our area this thing is fully falsh because my home is just away 3 km. and you go any other branches. then i talk to ur lucknow office then they take my documents but they reject my loan then i asked for rejection letter but they not provide.

manager says i have not proper information you collect the informatio and the process then i shall be provide you loan

please take some action at this process and provide me loan very soon
