Cheque deposited but not credited in saving bank account

Sir,

i have s/b a/c no. 01030100011043 in bank of baroda, clock tower brnch ludhiana in punjab. Last year on 12.09.08 a cheque for rs.7830 no.606282 was deposited in my account but no credit has sof ar been i my account. Ano. of times i requsted the authorities but no action so far has been taken.written requests have also been done.please do the needful and help me getting my amount.
