Complaint against wrong debit/deduction and harassment

I have taken house loan of Rs.2.25 lacs from the Bank of Baroda, (Habibganj) M.P.Nagar Branch, Bhopal in the year of 2007 (i.e. March). My Savings Bank account no.18600100006532 and my House Loan account no.18600600001004 in this branch. After two years of taking the loan, on 5th May the Bank has debited/ deducted without any intimation to me a sum of Rs.1800/.On enquiry, the Branch Manager reluctantly told me that this amount of Rs.1800/- is towards preparation of legal documents from the Sub Registrar Office, Bhopal and no proof of documents are given to me.
