Eduction of balance

Sir from my account 10000-RS get reduced and i have giving complain to my home branch but their is no response from them.i want devidient of my money.as per rule of RBI money should be given retturn within 14 days after that for every day their is due of 100-/ RS.so i want near about 20000-/ RS beacause i have given complain before 4 month.

sir i will request solve my problem.
