NEFT issue

Hi,

My father transferred Rs 27000 via NEFT through Bank of India (Chittaranjan).

Transaction IDs are S126920 AND S176932.

BoI provided two Transaction ID but it seems only one is valid.

Can you please check and update me the status. Fund was transferred on Monday 12th Jan.

Twice they have transferred the money but this time it is very late. Till now money is not been transferred.

I sent an e-mail to RBI .Lets see whats the resolution.
