Not clering the Chq's on time

The Undersigned deposited two chq's amt. Rs 129000/ & Rs.91140 on 20-4-09 in bank of india sector-8 rohini, delhi they were presented on 22-04 & credit of these chq's has not been given to me till 26-04-09. This is current A/c of the firm & our two chq's have been dishonour due to the reason insufficient fund. This is a mistake on the part of the bank for which we are facing the mental harrasment.

In this regard when we enquired from Mr. Arora Sr. officer of the bank he asked us if you are not satisfied with the services of the bank it will be better for you to close your A/c.

Please help me & give your valuable suggestion at the earliest.
