No xerox machine

Yesterday, May 11, I had been to Bank of India, Dadar (west) branch. A senior citizen more than 80 years of age was asked to get xerox copy of the document. The document had been verified by the bank officials earlier. it is a shame that nationalised banks do not have a xerox machine and want the consumers to go our in the sweltering heat to photocopy any documents. why do the banks charge services then? secondly the bank had delayed the payment due to this senior citizen due in february. who is responsible? the person in question asked the abnk official ' is the abnk gong to give me the interest on the delayed period. for which the official had no answer. in other words the teaffic is one way. customer has always to bear the brunt no matter whose mistake it is.
