Amount debited after trancaction declined

27/06 i used my Bank Of India (Saket Br.) ATM to withdraw cash from PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ATM at mehrauli, New Delhi .but i did not get any cash, the recipt shoewd "trancaction declined".

later on dt. 28/06 when i took the mini statement i saw that the amount 10, 000/ has been debited from my a/c .on 27/06.

On dated 29/06 I filled a form and give details about this. They said that: it will take time (10-15 days)

Can You tell me, How much time it will take and what can I do to get my money back.
