Not transferring the fixed deposit amount

I the grandson of late Kashinath chepo gawade, finding a great difficulty in depositing /transferring the amount deposited by late Kashinth Gawade.

This is the case where both the person who has deposited the amount as well as the nominee is no more, in that case the money should have been transfer to wife of late Vidyanand Gawade, where the nominee was Vidyanand Kashinath Gawade.

in this case instead of cooperating the bank workers are regretting us, trying to make fool to the poor widow women.
