My self kiran r.joshi son of B.O.I. Ac.ho Rajendra N.Joshi (the customer of the bank from last 15 year) i am having a complain for unofficial treatment from your, bank of india surat branch, employee named MR. PATHAN.
My father want to take personal loan, he has taken the whole information from the bank manager, and also submitted the require document for passing the loan but MR. pathan the employee of your bank, above mentioned branch, is proceeding in the work of passing the personal loan.
And we asked him to proceed the work and file of loan, but he has been avoiding us from last one month. not answering properly, and behaving unofficially, every time we visit to the bank in accordance of loan passing.
we complain about him to the branch manager.but the same behavior coming to face, there is no change in his ridiculous behavior.
so please kindly resolve this problem. make MR.pathan to behave and work in professional and kind manner with the customer and proceed in our loan case.
