Today i visited bank of mahararashtra borivali west branch. I want banks offical confirmation on debit mandate form reqd to submitt in ICICI bank. Bank has to give confirmation sign on hard coyp saying account details are wright.
But bank of maharashtra charges Rs 54 for giving confirmation and asked customer to bring zerox for keeping in their record.
Is it customer centric activity?
Why customer has to pay money for getting sign of paper for account confirmation?
