Compensation for mentaql agony chaeting fradulent attitude of the Bank Officials

To the property which i gave as colleteral security for a partnership firm in which i am the executive partner and we availed a loaqn of 3, 00, 000/- due to the differences between the M.P and me our firm account become NPA.and the bank offcials in collusinon with my enemies gave away the original title deeds and this was not revealed to me, Where shall ilodge a complaint against bank branch Which concealed the fact of losing the original title deeds in their custody in the year 2004 and only revealed to me in the year 2007 and in mean while they also gave securitisation notice and now they are reluctuant to give any compensation to me and i got the Heart Atache also due to this mental agonoy and tension at the age of 44 years.
