The statement for the month of october 09 of credit card No;4023684546316007 (icici visa card) has been delivered to me today at 8pm, 16/11/09 and the Due date for payment is 12/11/09.This delay is from your side and I request you NOT TO charge any penalty for the payment. I have remitted the total amount immediately. Kindly acknowledge the receipt and confirm in writing that no penalty will be charged to me as delay is on the part of icici bank in sending me the statement for the month of october. I have spoken to the customer care executive just few minutes back about this, she also has asked to pay Rs, 1567.00 without any penalty. KINDLY CONFIRM.
