With due respect, I have to inform you that I am a consumer (No. 9504) with your dealer Baranagar Gas Service, 44/51, B.T. Road, Kolkata 700 050, Tel No. (033) 2557 8573, (033) 6417 3213.

For last several months, I have tried my best to book a cylinder on the abovementioned phones but has failed miserably. Keeping aside my regular job I had to go to the Dealer's Office for booking the cylinder.

Will you be kind enough to look into the matter so that henceforth I can book cylinder on telephone.

Looking forward for a quick action in this regard.
