Baranagar Gas service, Indane Gas
Do not changing leak Gas Cylinde

Sir,

I have changed my Gas with a backup Cylinder at my home on 17.05.2009 (sunday), but after opening the seal, it is found that gas is leaking after fitting the regulator. I have tried several times to contact with M/s Baranagar Gas Service, 44/51 B.T.Road, Kolkata - 700050, at pnone no. (033) 25923161/25934440 which are printed in their bill, but no body picked the telephone. I have tired to contact with IOL tool free no.1800-2333-555, they have finished their duty by giving me another two number i.e. (033) 25587266/25578573 but after dialing several times I got no reply.

Next day morining i.e. on 18.05.2009 I have called Baranagar Gas Service, but they are bleming us that we have not checked the cylinder during delivery. But actual fact is that during devlivey, delivery man not ready to check the Cylinder, moreover he have given me the expired cylinder of the year D.

Now I am filling help less about the matter, please give me your valuable suggestion, what to do next.
