Uncollection of my Pan/Racin card

Sir,

This is Saidireddy. Ai am holding an Account in Our bank through Bhartiaxa. My A/C no 038201508421, 6 days back i got a call frm Chennai that our Bank has approved an Credit card for u. If u want, U have to submit either Pan card or Racin Card. I said ok

i waited three days for the executive to collect that id proof still nobody collected that one. So pls can i send my Pan card through email by scaning y because i am right now out of the station (BANGALORE). I can not go hyderabad, it'll take one month for return HYD. Pls help me. If possible I'll submit by hand in Banaglore pls tell me how to Approche
