Request for late payment fees

I, Dr. Debabrata Datta, found that you have put a latepayment of fee Rs. 400- on my credit card statement dated 11th December, and the due date of this payment is 28th Dec. This amount of Rs. 400- was for the last month, i.e., November. In fact, that statement I did not receive by courier. So, I was waiting and when I opened my letter box, I found that credit card statement is lying. After opening I found that the date is just crossed. You must have obsrved that, immediately, without further delay, I paid the amount. You also must have observed that, everytime, I paid my amount in full, because I do not like to pay the amount partially. My credit card no is: 4477464509839001.

Keeping in view of this much good relation with you all the time, my humble request you to please relax the amount of Rs. 400- as latepayment fees. I will pay the amount which has been already reflected in the statement of the current month. That is, an amount of rs. 1, 592.87 wiil be paid. So far you must have also noticed that, I have not make the stoppage of your amount. Accidentally, this time it has happened. So, please forgive me from the point of paying Rs. 400 as late payment. Please sir, please sir.
