Unwanted calls

I am getting the unwanted calls from barclay's bank regularly regarding business loans etc from Phone number 32665758 and 9990870405 into my number which is 9811165893 which is already registered in Do not Call registry but I thinks all this Do not call registry is of no use because the calls are not stopped. they are really harassing peoples.
