Late payment fee

Through Barclay bank I was told of personal loan on Credit card at 21 % but they gave the cheque at 25%. Now when I paid the bill on credit card. SInce they don't have any outlets I had to put it in the drop box. Now they charged my late fee with interest on my credit card number 4339 4888 4164 7705. This was the first time I ever had to make payment to this bank.
