Barclay Bank Credit Card
Non Receipt

Dear Sir,

I received SMS regarding despatch of my credit card vide Express IT AWB No. 8600137766 on 24/10/08. When i checked the status of the courier I was surprised to note that the courier has been returned to the shipper since the consignee was not available. I wish to inform you that this is not possible as I have a maid at home and there is someone at home 24 hrs. Even if by any chance you have not found anyone home, should it not be your duty to drop a note mentioning non availability. I request you to look into the same and if possible courier me the card at an early date.
