This is in reference of my barclaycreditcard 4339480651962324. I got this card in the month of sept. I used the card, since I am having few more cards from other bankers, i make all the payment through online facility.on Last date of payment in that month which i recollect was 21st sept i went on to see that such a big bank like barclay was not having onlinenetpayment facility. I spoke to Customer care number of barclay to know how i can make the payment on same date, he sd that sir we have not yet started internet payment facility. I sd that can i visit any of your branches and make cash payment he sd that no we do not take cash payment. I asked him see i am ready to make the payment today itself buy you are not having enough channels, you are forcing me to make cheque payment to your drop box but my concern is I should not levied with any late fee charges as this is not my problem that you are not taking cash or not having facilily of net payment which other bankers are giving. Your CSE convinced me that he is going to place special remark for my a/c and their wo'nt be any late payment fee charges provided I make the payment on the same date for the entire amount. I issued a cheque for the same date. I thought that problem has been resoloved. To my surprise in next bill you levied me late payment fee. Then I spoke to cusomer care of bank, they sd that sorry for the inconvenience this time they will resolve the issue & same will be revert back to me in the next bill, there wo'nt be ne sort of problem. But Again further they levied me more charges for the same cause. I have made all payment for barclay what ever transaction i have done so far. But now their wrong late payment penalty charges has gone upto 2600 and they are harassing me to make that payment. I am very much frustrated with barclay.
