Barclaycard
Non-receipt of card & getting letter for payment

Sir, i had applied for barclaycard last year but did not receive any card till date. I now received a letter signed by Yogesh Sangle, Director, Credit Card, India stating 'interest rate on your Barclaycard 4339485075942976 will be...'. It is a strange!! My address is also written wrong i.e flat no is 271/1 instead of 273/1. on this inland letter card.

What about my card? Where is it? Is it in use by fraud person? Pl check & confirm me in wrighting so that i shall be tension-free.
