Barclaycard
Bank has Cheated

Hi,

As I am using Barclay Credit Card. In the month of September I got a call from Barclay credit card saying that "you have passed a loan of Rs:44, 000 for that simple document is required, they asked 4 blank Cheques." As I was required Loan I submitted 4 cheques to Barclay Bank. I waited for 4 Months but they dindn't gave any loan to me, Then I din't bother about that, then suddenly in the month of December they have taken Rs: 2158 as ECS.

Then I called Barclay Credit card customer care asking them that you have not provided any loan then why you people deducted money from my saving bank account.

Then they lodge compalint about that saying that they will refund the money which wrongly they have deducted.

I have called customer care so many times but then too I did't get back my money till today 23-June-09

I waited for long time till now still no response from there side.

I have wasted my time & money to call them so many time.

So please give me a justice.
