Barclay card
Non Delivery of statement

Hi, I have a Barclay card, when i started using, for the 1st month when i used the card i never got a statement, the company says it was delivered to me on 2nd february where in i received the statement on 27th of february with the due date of 15th february. I have informed the bank about not reeiving the statement on 19th february before receiving the statement late, the bank has since been saying i'll receive a Proof of delivery, from 19th feb whenever i call the company the say i'll receive in 5-7 working days and till date i have not received any proof of delivery. Could you get me the solution on this
