Barclay card
Credit Card not recived but still payment and harrasing calls

I had applied for a Credit Card form the company in December 07 and the form was filled by the Salesman, however after signing the form he ticked on the General Insurance which I never asked for. On Jan I get an SMS by stating that the card has been dispatched via Bluedart AWB 44061594010, However as on date I have not received the card when contacted the call centre says that the card has been dispatched.

Now I have been asked to pay a minimum of Rs. 3000/- for Insurance which I have never asked for and daily I get 20 calls and harrasing calls. Please consider this has a complaint towards the Barclays Bank. Such a stupid Bank I have never seen, please also direct me to the Consumer Court as I have to file a complaint towards the bank. I and my family is been harrased by the Bank for the payment due and for which we have never received the card also.
