Settlement of Barclays Credit card

Dear sir,

I want to settlement our account Barclays card but Barclaycard executive misguided me and still bank not settle my card. i am several times to contact to customer care of Bank but no positive response.

One days Barclays card Gurgaon office dt 25.09.2009 several call i.e your card is settle amount of 1- If you give our executive amount of 2620/- by Cheque you receive Settlement Letter within 4 Days. I am wait for Barclays Settlment Letter 20 Days But not receive any Letter from Barclays. Then I stop the cheque payment amount 2620/-

Dt.25/09. Your Ph. No.0124-998600 I confirm by call back your

office

for check Mr. Sheel Kumar Barclay executive and talk again. Mr. Kumar

promise me your settlement letter reach your address within 4 days.

Till date get i am not get any settlement letter from your office.

i am also waiting for settlement letter to clear the payment.
