It is submitted that I have been using your Barclay Credit Card from long time and I never missed to pay back my dues. I have receiverd your statment in the month of April because of which I forgot to pay my dues or minimum dues. Further I have withdrawn cash from this card. later on I have received call from your bank representative that your card is overlimit by withdrawing this cash money. I got shocked to know that fee/ charges amounting to Rs. 1235/- has been imposed for withdrawing cash being overlimit and late payment charges that is only because I had not received the statement. It is pertinent to mention here that as per your statement I have withdrawn case on 24.5.2008 and the same has been deposited on 05.06.2008 as reflected in your back statement. I think in no way it can be jutified besides it should be waived off by your bank being old and regular customer, With this such a shocking experience I do not want to continue to be customer of your bank. I am hereby surrending the credit card and I will deposit only the genuine amount outstanding on my card. In this regard I surrunder my credit card to the Manager, Barclay Card, P.O.Box No. 11567, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021 by Registray two months ago and also reported to your customer care phone number. But no response and telephone recieved from you. But your regular monthly bills with the charges of overlimit received regularly and received your excutives phone daily four or five times.but no response of my letter received yet.
