Credit amount with out consent

I had got a call from a executive of barclays priorty circ they explained to me of a scheme. they told that they will send a document which i need to read sign and send back then only they will activate this scheme.it was agreed upon but after a month they didnt' send any document but add 6734 Rs to my credit card and they are saying that i should pay for this. I asked them to reverse the amount but they are not showing any interest for the same
