Barclay card priority circle
I wish to cancell my membership to the priority circle

I got a unsolicited phone call from barklays credit cards to have been selected a priority circle member. I was told that Ihave to pay only Rs. 250 to become a member and that the bank was giving a trolley bag absolutely free to me . iquestioned the caller as to why the bank would like to give me this free gift. I was told that bank does marketing exercises to enhance its business. however now I have received a bill of Rs. 5800 /- without having purchased anything or having availed any facility.

I would therefore request the bank to cancell my membership to the priority circle and also to cancel the credit card if required. thankig you
