Late Payment Charges & Intrest

Dear customer service executive,

credit card no. 4339481612195103

i was going through the review for your bank from the many credit card holder in general all of them are having the same problem that is LATE PAYMENT FEE CHARGED.i am also one of them who is suffering from the same problem.the due date for my card was 25th Sep I dropped the chque on 21st Sep 2009 in sky drop box located at twenty four seven, no. 6, community center, near PVR cinema Saket, new delhi and i received the payment received SMS from SKY Box on 24th Sep But when i checked my latest card statement i found that late payment charges and interest have been charged to me. I have Contacted in customer care so many times, but they could not solve my problem, you may please look in the matter to solve my grievances and reversed the late payment charges and interest wrongly charged to me.
