Hi,
This is with regards to a very bad experience I had with your customer service on 11/11
I’d called up the customer service to see if my previous day’s transaction (online bill payment) went through because I got an error message “Page cannot be displayed”, however the Customer service was in no mood to give me this information, they asked me a lot of verification Questions and only for the reason that I don’t remember my last purchase which was made some 1.5 months back they refused to help me, later I asked for a supervisor called Irfan.. Who was very arrogant, stubborn and didn’t even know what customer service is all about… he wasn’t even ready to listen what I was saying…
For your information – I’ve been calling up Barclay customer service for past 6 to 7 months, No one ever told me that my details are not matching.. Case summary would also say that I called just the previous day and talked to Swapnil (Floor Supervisor) and he confirmed that the details were matching
Irfan also asked me to mail my Ration card with my mother’s maiden name on it to Barclay…. However I had informed the customer service 5 months back the name there is incorrect and I was told that it is corrected
This is also to bring it to your notice that your customer service is sick… and I would like to close my card asap
