Harassment calls from barclays credit card payment collection team

Hello Good morning,

This is to complaining you that since 8 months i am holding barclay credit bcz of their regular calls and saying taht its life time free credit card and all, they have issued tah card with out my approval after three months,

just one month back i have recieved a msg which is stating that this month statement has been despatched, i was shocked at that moment, bcz i was not all usiong the card, they have send me 9948.00 bill, at that time i called to customer care and i complaint that i am not responsible for the transactions . they said taht they will investigate, since 4 days i am recieving blank calls and recoreded call from barclay credit card

its a foolish bank

they dont have minium of commenscence

they are not even leisting our words, simply they are saying you have outstanding balnce of 9948.00 thats it

i have already complint that i did not perform any transactions and also i am not at all responsible for the transactions, eventhen they are keep on calling

i think this barcleay credit card employees are all brain less people

actually i dont know how and where i need to comply on Barclay credit card, if know i would be complaining on thos fellows
