Late PAyment Charges

This is Javed Khan. I am holding your card. In the month of July I have purchased some product by using the card and the same amount i have already paid.

Now, I am getting calls from Barclay that we have received your payment late, so you have to pay the late payment charges.

I have spoken to Barclay executive regarding the same. He has assured me that first I have to pay the minimum amount due and he will send the request to back the charges.

But after that also i am receiving the call from barclay side to pay the amount.

If you can help me it will be great.
