Unnecessary charge me on credit card

My name is G Feroz Basha and my Barclay credit card no is 4339488188198114 i haven't use my card last 1year but i got a statement due of 6741.6/- to my address, i call so many time to call centre to cancel my account and i don't want to pay the amt for the bill which you send as i have not done even a single transaction, even though i have not opted priority services they send the bill for the priority service so I Said I'm not going to pay a single paisa please cancel my card as I'm no more interested in your bank
