Issue of settlement lette

My barclay has an outstanding amount of Rs 36878.73

I am facing bankruptcy and i requested for the settlement letter.

I've spoken to Customer care about the same and have not got any proper response.

On the Outstanding charges bulk of the amount consists of Late payment and Overdue charges.

I have requested the settlement letter from DECEMBER - 2008 and have not got any solution regarding the same.

Since i did not get my settlement letter and due to bankruptcy i was not able to pay even the minimum due for few months.

My name was put under Defaulter List.

On i.e March 12th a person (B. Prabhu) from Farch Corporate Advisory Pvt Ltd came to my residence and demanded

me to pay a sum of RS 1540 so that he'll make arrangement for the settlement letter. He also got a written statement from me (Requestation of settlement Letter)

He also promised me that i'll get a call back regarding the same within 24 hours.

All the above mentioned things never happened. I tried calling him on the mobile number he gave me (9094036741).. But i got respone from that person he is not using that

number and he is no more with the job and he was using that number earlier... blaa blaa bla..

Even the # written on the bill doesnt seem to be working (044 - 45506001).

I called up the customer care and told the whole story and have gone through hell lot of issues finally i got a mail id promising that a person ll help me on this case. Notin happened so far.. Every month i've been recievin CC statements from them with addition of Late payment & Over limit fess. I dunno ven i'll get solution to my problems. Somebody please help me out!
