Barclay Credit Card
High extra charges

Dear All,

10-jul, i recieved barclay card with the limit of Rs30000/- and i used Rs15000/- tiil Jan after that iam not using this credit card, Iam just paying the minimum amount everymonth, now i recieved the sattement dated on 19-aug-09 which is mentioning my credit limit is Rs18000/- and my total outstanding is Rs 18995.95,

I want to now where my amount gone and how they reduced the limit? this is a trap and they are recieving my cash and not reducing from my outstanding
