I am a Barclay Credit card holder. I was offered priority circle membership on phone. In my case I had first agreed to joining the priority circle. However, same day, I sent an e-mail to Barclay card customer care telling that I was no more interested in the scheme. However I got no response from them and Rs 5000-00 were debited from my account. Since then, I have sent several reminders, but I have got no response to my mail. I have not paid them any money and now I am daily getting reminders and phone calls for payment. But no one has bothered to listen to my complaint. I also have not received any gift or any details of their offer in written form till date.
