Barclay Credit Card
Statment

I am a credit card holder of Barclay Bank. as per their March monthly statment, I have remitted Rs.1500/- in the form of demand draft dated 08.03.2008 (due date morning 1100 hrs) and as per their advise I have deposited in Skypack Drop Box which was kept in West Mambalam. The Skypack Drop box collectors by mistake remitted my demand draft on 18.03.2008.to the Bank. Till today they have stoped sending the all the statements and my card facilities. I was wondering why I should be penalised for somebody's mistake.
