No customer care telephone line and e mail

My card no 4339 4826 3611 1225

I am trying customer care telephone nos. since yesterday and none of telephones are working.

toll free no 1800 233 7878, 6000004444 etc...

subsequently i have wrote mail to customer care, no response.

I do not understand, how they will be helping during emergency like loss of card etc..

i will be receiving 100 of calls for new card.

1st maintain existing card holders.
