Late fee charges

Hi,

When applying for the Barclay credit card, I specifically asked about person coming to colelct payment as there is no drop box near my home and I was told they would come. On my first billing I called customer support and they said some one will come (the record of my call is there in your system which is over 10-15 days before the billing date) the person never came I waited and droped the check on last date of payment. I had to drive few kms to drop my check and then in next billing they put a late fee with interest. I called twice and reported and they said some one who can make a decision will call me to discuss but the call never came. They again put additional late fee and no one has called as promised to resolve.

Please help this is nt my fault.
