Priority Circle offe

Dear All,

My name is mahender, i have received a call two months back for the offer of Priority Circle membership Fee. i called them given my concern that i want to cancel the card and i don't want the offer but customer care persons are refused saying that it can not be reversed once it is charged. Now i am charged 418 rupees interest service tax of 36% for this month. Though i don't want the card there is no point to pay the this fee. i am trying to contact the priority circle people since one months but i am not able to reach them. Please let me know i course of action to be taken against
