Barclay priority Cycle

I have applied this barclay card through yatra website. One fine day, i received a call for a Barclay Priority cycle and they offered so many discount program and a free traveller bag and club vacation. Even i was planning to take my parents for a vacation. I have joined this proirity cycle program and paid Rs.5800 as a joining fee on August. They said in 5 working days i wil receive the welcome kit and the traveller bag.but i waited for 20 days..nothing as happened. Then i contacted the barclays customer care, they gave me a number and asked me to contact priority cycle (why within a bank they have a diff.org.). Is the customer care is a single point of contact? The answer is a BIG NO here. I have contacted them..believe me i have never waited in my life soo long to spoke to customer care executive..i waited for close to one hour, finally a lady addressed the call.she said it as been already dispatched and it would reach me by tomorrow or a day after. But i hope they have sent the welcome kit to Jupiter or pluto. It has been 3 weeks after i made a call, it has not reached me. I gave a attemt thrice to reach them..but got frustrated ttwice and cut the call after waited for half an hour with no respose from other end. Finally, when i spoked today (sep, 11th). It is the same story this time..they have dispatched the welcome kit and traveller bag would reach me in 3-5 working days. Dont know how long it will take?? This time i hope they would have sent to my home address.

Now, i have to verify the club vacation offer... dont know how long wil i get the response from them.
