Harashment call from Barclay Credit Card

I am software engineer. Working in pvt.co. Before more then year i have applied for Barclay Credit card. But it was bad luck or what, My card was approved and they send sms will recive card with in seven days, But till Date i have not recived card. I called thousand of time to their customer care center for not recived card. But i have recived frequently (7, 8 times in day) call & Bill & (7, 8 times in day) SMS for payment of not recived card. I have send mail to them also they reply with in 30 days 45 days investigation will solve but nothing can change.

I home this site will do something for me. I don't want to change my mobile. I get harshment from them. What i do i don't know? Please help me..I get frustrated...
