Barclay Credit Card
Card suspended without intimation

I was using Barclays Credit Card No.4339513636357499. My card was suspended for 2 months. It was intimated to me to pay minimum outstanding for activation of card. But i had fuuly paid the outstanding along with interest and penalty. Now after payment they refuse to activate my card.
