Dear Sir,

Myself Mr Tanmay kumar Behera want to state that I am a customer of Barclay credit card. During the time when the officials of this group told me that this is a very good offer for credit card and they promised me a lot of things based on which i took this card on Jan ' 2009. But after taking this card i am feeling as if i made a great mistake in my life. Fact is that till date i have not used this card for any of the transaction, still every month i am receiving a statement to pay nearly Rs 10000/- from Feb ' 2009. i have given complaints hundred time to the different officials for this. But every time they are telling me to solve the issue, but till date the problem is not solved. At least every month i am receiving thousands time of call from their office regarding the payment, but no one is helping me out. based on their false promise, i paid Rs 400/- to them on 1st May. But still i am suffering from such issue.

I have never seen such a frustrating, harassing and pain giving company in my life. i got distorted like anything, not able to spend a single day without any call from them.

After sending a mail to their unit head regarding this, i am still not free from their pain giving.

Below is the mail i sent to their official for your information :

"Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i, Tanmay Behera have taken your company's barclay credit card few months back. till date i have not used this card for any of the transaction. still bill of nearly 10, 000 is coming for payment from 3months (saying that the amount is due to some policy, which i have never been told to make it). i have given complaints so many times regarding this to your Mumbai, Delhi branches many times. every time each person is telling to take care of this, but no one revert back. based on the request from your side, i paid Rs 400/- so that i can disconnect this useless card. but no one is showing me the way to proceed further.

i request you sincerely to guide me for the disconnect of this useless, worst and frustrated credit card in the world (but i can not pay any amount since i have not done any transaction nor told to enroll any policy) so that i shall be thankful to you because i got frustrated on receiving calls hundreds of time from your side.

Hope you can help me in this regard.

I request you sincerely to take some serious actions against these falsified groups in India, so that other will not be suffered like me. These people are cheating the innocent people on the name of money and facility providing. They should be punished for such crime.

After all, pl help me in this regard so that my credit card can be discontinued permanently and i will not be receiving any call / sms / any payment statement in future from this non sense, useless, fraud groups.
