I m a barclays gold credit car holder . i have trapped for priority circle fees. actually before some day i have receieved a call from barclays priority circle about taking membership.

but between the calls due to network problem the communiction was disconnected many times.

and finally calls were disconnected prior of finallistion. after that i call to customer care no 18002337878 and fave them detail about call.

and told them strictly that i m not interested in membership and not to give me membership they assure me that no fees was deducted and they had taken my complaint and assure me that no fees would be deducted for that.

after some day when i called to know my total outstanding it was showing that the membership fees 6000Rs and service charges were deducted . then i had mande many complaints but only assurance were given but no action was taken. please help me...
